The project aims to contribute to sustainable development of the EU, decentralized energy supply and promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency in municipalities and regions (Sweden, Netherlands, Great Britain, Latvia, Italy, Bulgaria and Spain), by implementation of local actions that involve the participation and collaboration of all actors in the energy market in general.

The project grew and developed in order to spread the use of renewable energy and to form professionals in this field of construction

The activities developed at European level and are addressed to local technicians and the general public. In addition to basic and specialized courses are also organized workshops, meetings and visits, with the aim of exchanging knowledge and professional experience.
